I didn’t hate this movie but I didn’t love it either. I’ve never been a big fan if found footage movies. But decided to still proceed with this one because it sounded interesting. While the story line is great and creepy, I feel like it would have been a 4 or 5 star rating had they not done the found footage part. I feel like it went a little over the top to be honest. Like they were trying too hard. There has only been one found footage franchise I’ve been able to watch and enjoy and that is the Paranormal Activity series.
I found the acting to be meh. Except for Deborah. I loved her character. Very creepy and very well done. Everyone else can..well…go eat a bag of dicks š Sorry (but not really) had to throw that in there. Been my favorite saying lately.

If you are a fan of found footage movies then I would totally recommend this one. If not, then pass on it and go watch the Insidious movies. š
