You’re Not Good Enough Book Tag

Rules

Basically, it’s a tag where you pick 30 fictional characters and write their names down on pieces of paper. You then pluck two names at a time out to answer a questions – so there are 15 questions. The aim of the game is to pick the character that fits the criteria the best and by doing so find the character that is not “good enough” for the answer.

You only have one more spot on you spelling bee team, who ould you pick to compete your team?

• Alina (Grisha Trilogy) or Lou (NOS4A2)

Well, hmmmm, from what I know of these two I feel like Alina might be a bit more smart than Lou. I love you Lou, but you are more street smart than book smart.

Both characters want to kill you, which one would you kill first so you have a better chance of suviving?

• Annie Wilkes (Misery) or Jasper Dent (Jesper Dent Trilogy)

Well even thought Annie is way more psycho and more likely to kill than Jesper, I have to kill Jesper Dent. Sorry my love. But you were raised by a serial killer so you know how to kill and kill well. Annie would be easier to manipulate and take down.

You’re on the Bachelor/bachelorette and you’re down to these two characters, which one are you going to give your rose to?

• Billy Dent (Jesper Dent Trilogy) or Kaz (Six of Crows)

Oh gosh. Well first let me start by saying I would NEVER be on this show. It is the most stupid show ever. But……Man I would be afraid of NOT giving a rose to both of these people. They both might kill me. But I would give my rose to Kaz. Sorry Billy but you are a serial killer and a bit more scarier than Kaz. Please don’t kill me.

You’ve been chosen for the Hunger Games, who would most likely volunteer in your place?

• Darkling (Grisha Trilogy) or Neville Longbottom (Harry Potter)

Well this one is a no brainer. Neville would volunteer without a second guess. The Darkling is always out for himself. So sorry Darkling. As sexy and mysterious as you are I know you would never save me.

You’re stranded on an island. Which character would you sacrifice to engage in cannibalism?

• Queen Levana (The Lunar Chronicles) or Iko (The Lunar Chronicles)

Well since Iko is a robot I can’t eat her. Not that I would anyway. She is my favorite character in that series. So sorry Queen. You must die to save my life!

You’re the next DC/Marvel superhero (with your own TV show of course), who is your sidekick?

• Abra Stone (Doctor Sleep) or Abby (My Best Friend’s Exorcism)

Really??? I have to pick just one?? Ugh…well Abra already have superpowers so she would probably be the obvious one but I do adore Abby and all she does to help her best friend when no one else believed her. So sorry Abra, I’m going with Abby.

You’re a manager of an avocado admiring company, (what the hell is this company??) who would you fire for lack of communication skills?

• August Flynn (This Savage Song) or Charles Manx (NOS4R2)

HAHAHAHA OMG this one is too easy! Charles Manx, YOU’RE FIRED!!!! My heart belongs to August and he will listen to every word I say!

You just finished a book in which your favorite character dies, which character is most likely to comfort you?

• Mackenzie (The Archived) or Harry Potter (Harry Potter duh!)

OOOOOOOO well I know both would do an amazing job I am picking Harry Potter on this one. Sorry Mackenzie!

Ugh, its high school. Who would most likely be part of the popular clique?

• Vic McQueen (NOS4A2) or Howie Gersten (Jesper Dent Trilogy)

OOOOO neither are really all that popular but I feel like Howie would be more likely in a clique than Vic would. Vic is too much in her own little world of catching Charles than wanting to be popular.

The day has arrived; you’re finally a year older! Who would have the nerve to forget your birthday?

• Kell (Shades of Magic Trilogy) or Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter)

Luna is my fictional BFF. She would NEVER forget my birthday! I don’t think Kell would either, on purpose anyway, be is tends to be so busy that I could see it slipping his mind.

You’ve just found an upcoming Booktube star. Who would it most likely be?

• Sirius Black (Harry Potter) or Jesper (Six of Crows)

OMG I can’t stop laughing! While neither of them I think would be Booktube stars, I’m going with Jesper from Six of Crows. I could see him talk about books more than Sirius would. Sorry Sirius.

Sleepover time! unfortunately you can only invite one person, who would you invite?

• Grover (Percy Jackson series) or Molly (Upside of Unrequited)

Awwww I think they would both be so much fun. But I connect with Molly on so many levels that I would want to have a sleep over with her. Sorry Grover. Maybe next time.

BAM! You’re pregnant. Who’s the father/mother?

• Rhysand (ACOTAR Trilogy) or Magnus (The Mortal Instruments series)

Well! As much as I adore BOTH these guys, Magnus was my first fictional boyfriend so he gets dibs at being daddy. Sorry Rhysand.

You’ve just written a super important text. Who would “see” it, but not reply?

• Scarlett (Caraval) or Delilah Bard (Shades of Magic trilogy)

For sure Scarlett would respond. It’s in her nature. Delilah is a great character and friend but she’s so busy I could see her reading and then getting distracted by something pirate related and never respond.

You’ve just woken up and it’s time for breakfast. Your mom has been replaced by who?

• Feyre (ACOTAR series) or Manon Blackbeak (Throne of Glass series)

well I pick Feyre to be my mother because I wanna marry Manon! She’s my fictional wife so sure! Gah she’s amazing!!!!!
