May 2016 book haul

I went a little crazy this month with book buying! I did hit a good sale at Hastings though. Some of the books I got were as cheap as $2.99! So does that help any??

My Sister Rosa is my most excited buy. It does not get released in the USA until November 15, 2016. It was relased in Australia back in February. I was happy to find it so I didn’t have to wait! Besides My Sister Rosa my other favorite buys were A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J Maas! I am SO excited to read these. I have heard nothing but amazing things.

Second half of my haul. I already have a copy of In Cold Blood by Truman Capote but its a first edition paperback and starting to look its age. So I picked up another copy for reading so I do not ruin my other copy.

All together I bought 29 books this month! I think this a record for me. And I do not plan on trying to tie or break it anytime soon!

Has anyone read any of these yet? If so did you enjoy them? Are there any here you are looking forward to reading also???

    1. I have read the Divergent series as well a couple years back. But I didn’t own them. So now I finally have them all (got Divergent from a friend back in February) and want to reread them soon. And I’m so excited for ACOTAR and ACOMAF! I’ve heard so many good things

  2. This is such an amazing haul 😍 I’m so excited to read My Sister Rosa. Hopefully I can get to that this month. I wasn’t the biggest fan of ACOTAR, but I’m definitely in the minority haha so I hope you enjoy it more than I do! I absolutely loved The Raven King.
